PHOENIX EARLY MUSIC SOCIETY

The Phoenix Early Music Society (PEMS) is an organization that brings together everyone with an interest in music of the Medieval, Renaissance and Baroque eras. Whether you are a performer, teacher, critic, or just enjoy listening, the Phoenix Early Music Society will keep you in touch with the best in local events to stimulate, educate and make early music come "alive." Throughout the year, the Phoenix Early Music Society presents and participates in a wide range of enjoyable and educational activities including:

• "Play In" - A meeting presenting performances by Member Ensembles
• The Los Olivos Renaissance Faire
• The Desert Pipes Recorder Ensemble
• Benefit Concerts featuring local ensembles

The Phoenix Early Music Society seeks to encourage music making at all levels, provide a means by which Early Music enthusiasts may get together to share in learning and listening, and to promote concerts of Early Music locally.
